On the following page you will be introduced to The Dishonoring P’s.
You will see them written in a list and then their descriptors. Once you finish reading them, you can click the Next Lesson button at the bottom right corner of the page to be directed to Part 1 – Self-Awareness. There you will be given a set of behavioral descriptions for each P and will mark only that which applies to you by scrolling between 0 and 10 (10 meaning it totally fits you – 0 meaning it is not at all you).
After you complete all the P’s in Part 1 and mark them complete, you will receive an email with your answers.
This is for you to see what areas are problematic in your life. You can leave an entire P blank if it doesn’t apply to you but you will need to complete all of the P’s before you receive an email.
Part 2 is your opportunity to dive deeper into self-discovery by answering questions in depth to figure out why you do what you are doing.
Also in Part 2, you can view the videos that are extremely helpful, so be sure to watch! Please leave a comment in the comment section to share your experience.
Feel free to move back and forth as many times as you need to by using the buttons at the bottom of each page. Use the submenu at the top of each page to skip to a certain part of the course if needed.
Lastly, you are welcome to walk through this program as many times as you’d like.
