Coaching is a goal-focused process that highlights your strengths and capabilities. This is where you’ll take a good look at your life, get clear about what you really want, and assess your readiness for change. We’ll align your behavior with consistent, actionable steps, no matter how big or small. Together we’ll raise your standards and look at patterns and belief systems that are getting in your way. During our time together you will be deeply challenged and supported to eliminate patterns of fear, self-doubt, and playing small.

We hire fitness trainers, nutritionists, lawyers, and financial advisors to share their wisdom, insight, and training. Life Coaching is no different. With over 30 years in the field, I’ve studied numerous methodologies, developed highly effective techniques, and studied with the best of the best including Tony Robbins and Jack Canfield. Let’s create a roadmap with achievable steps to achieve real results for the life you want.


Therapy has a slightly different purpose. This is a deeper dive into understanding yourself, your life patterns, and beliefs, along with exploring the root causes. Sometimes life challenges are deeper such as trauma, relationship issues, abuse, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, addiction, etc. These tougher issues sometimes require a higher level of care and skill to both support and heal you.

In therapy, multiple issues are often addressed. Typically, there’s an exploration and understanding of family, religious, or cultural impact on your life, not through the lens of blame or victimization, but for understanding and reflection. Therapy allows you the time and space to sort through more complicated issues to develop coping strategies and emotional regulation techniques. You will be equipped with numerous tools to establish a firm foundation for life.

Regardless of the path you choose, sessions are designed as you need them. Some choose to come every week for an intense dive into the work; others attend on a monthly basis for clarity, support, accountability, and next steps. You get to decide your pace, frequency, and timing. I provide you with insight, perspective, tools, and resources, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are at the pace you need to move. You decide how often and how deep you move into these issues and we tailor your sessions accordingly.

Sessions are $150 per 50-minute session.
